Official Remake Network rules

We reserve the right to block access to your account temporarily or permanently.

Breaking the rules can lead to a temporary or permanent account block from our services, such as a level reset, stats reset or inventory reset.

Chat behavior

Please do not forget that our community also includes younger players. Therefore, disturbing, insulting, or offensive language such as provocation against other players is forbidden. We also strictly forbid any kind of harassment, sexual, racist, or violent language. This includes stalking and threats against other persons or groups. Every one of us wants a clear chat, spamming or trolling is not tolerated.

Advertising

Advertising is only allowed when the management agrees with it or when the content is about our games. Any other kind of advertising is forbidden.

Spreading rumors

Spreading rumors or false information about Remake Network, Remake Network games or Remake Network team will result in a permanent account block.

Account

We reserve the right to take action against your account when the account goes against our Terms of Service or rules. You are responsible for your own account. That means you can give your account to other people, but we will not give any further support when your account gets blocked or items get deleted. This rule does not count for events and tournaments. Sharing his account at an event or tournament will result in a permanent account block. You are not allowed to sell your own account to other players or to buy accounts from other players.

Multiple accounts are allowed.

Nicknames

Any sexual, racist, or violent nickname can result in a permanent account block.

We also reserve the right to change your nickname.

Pictures

We forbid any kind of sexual, racist, violent, or mature content. This includes Discord servers, our social media, the forum, and profile pictures.

Game file, and client modification

We forbid any kind of modification to our files. This includes manual and visual changes to our client and files. The usage of cheat clients or third-party tools that give you an advantage against other players is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent account block.

Glitches and Bugs

It is not allowed to use any kind of glitch or bug. The usage of a glitch or bug to get an advantage is strictly forbidden. If you find a glitch or bug you have to report it immediately to our support, which can solve the problem.

Gameplay

You have to follow the main mission of the game mode. That means you are not allowed to farm EXP, Kills, Points, or Achievements. Any kind of teaming with the enemy team is forbidden. We would like to note that helping your friend in the enemy team to find/kill a player can still lead to an account block. The usage of programs to avoid our AFK system will also result in a permanent account block. Leave the game if you are busy or absent.

Scamming

Please report players immediately if anyone offers free stuff. Trying tricking other players with free stuff or other things to get private, personal, or account information will result in a temporary or permanent account block from our service.

Impersonating

Impersonating a staff member or any player is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent account block. If you have any kind of trouble with one of our staff-team please contact the support.
